Other adjustments include restructuring, acquisition-related costs and specified tax items. Free cash flow is operating cash flow less capital spending net of capital-related government incentives.
Quarterly revenue grew 44.2%, including 7.6% organic growth. Organic comparisons remove acquisition and currency effects. Orders increased 57.7% to $1.56 billion, with organic orders up 20.5%. Connect & Control's organic orders grew 55.3%, compared with 11.2% in Flow Technologies and 5.5% in Motion Technologies.
For 2026, ITT raised its organic revenue-growth forecast to 7% to 9% from August's 5% to 8%. Reported revenue growth is now expected to be 41% to 43%, up from 38% to 41%. Annual adjusted operating-margin guidance is 20.2% to 21.0%, compared with 20.0% to 20.9%.

The large difference includes acquisition costs and intangible amortization. Both the August and November forecasts include SPX FLOW.
ITT completed SPX FLOW on March 2, 2026, adding process technologies used in industrial, chemical, energy, nutrition and personal-care markets. Final consideration was $4.3065 billion, net of cash acquired: $3.5293 billion in cash and $777.2 million in shares. The purchase included 3.84 million newly issued ITT shares. Purchase-price allocation remained preliminary at the end of Q3.
SPX FLOW contributed $354.4 million of quarterly revenue and $862.7 million since closing. Separately, ITT completed the $31.6 million Aerospace Contacts purchase, net of acquired cash, on July 6. That business joined Connect & Control Technologies.
Nine-month operating cash flow was $543.6 million, up from $441.0 million. Free cash flow was $464.3 million versus $368.0 million. The current nine-month period contains six more days than the prior-year comparison because of ITT's fiscal calendar.

Debt at its balance-sheet carrying value was $3.5134 billion, including $702.2 million of commercial paper. The SPX FLOW term loan had $2.81 billion outstanding after a $65 million quarterly repayment and matures March 2, 2028.
ITT's separate $1.1 billion revolving facility was undrawn and matures in July 2030. It provides a backstop for the commercial-paper program.
Annual free-cash-flow guidance rose to $600 million to $620 million from $550 million to $580 million. Expected operating cash flow increased to $745 million to $765 million from $700 million to $730 million.
