Crocs owns its namesake casual-footwear brand and HEYDUDE, selling through retailers and its own stores and digital channels.
Crocs, Inc. trades on Nasdaq under CROX. It owns the Crocs and HEYDUDE casual-footwear brands. Both sell through retail partners and direct channels, including company stores and websites.
Reported year-over-year revenue changes for each quarter.
| HEYDUDE | Q3 2025 | Q2 2026 | Q3 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total revenue | -21.6% | -5.7% | +6.1% |
| Wholesale | -38.6% | -17.2% | +14.0% |
| Direct sales | -0.5% | +7.2% | +0.1% |
In Q3 2026, HEYDUDE revenue reached $169.9 million. Wholesale contributed $79.1 million and direct sales $90.8 million. Almost all the year-over-year revenue increase came from retailers, following a deeply depressed wholesale comparison.
The quarterly filing attributed growth mainly to more units sold, partly offset by lower average selling prices from the channel and product mix. The direct-sales trend provides a separate measure of activity through Crocs' own customer channels.
In July, Crocs forecast HEYDUDE's third-quarter revenue would fall as much as 3% or be flat. Actual revenue grew 6.1%. Its full-year outlook changed as follows; earnings per share are adjusted and include the effect of potential additional shares.
| 2026 forecast | July | October |
|---|---|---|
| HEYDUDE revenue growth | -4% to -2% | Roughly flat |
| Group revenue growth | +1% to +2% | About +3% |
| Adjusted diluted EPS | $13.70 to $14.00 | $14.45 to $14.65 |
The fourth-quarter HEYDUDE revenue forecast is 10% to 12% growth. Future share repurchases are excluded from the earnings-per-share forecast.
Quarterly group revenue was $1.04 billion, up 4.6%, and net income was $216.8 million, versus $145.8 million. Adjusted operating profit, excluding selected gains and costs, was $232.0 million, up 11.7%. The adjustments removed a $64.1 million tariff refund from operating profit and refund-related interest from adjusted net income, while adding back specified transition and other costs.
Adjusted net income rose to $177.0 million from $157.4 million. The average diluted share count fell to 48.0 million from 54.0 million, helping adjusted earnings per share grow faster than total adjusted profit.
Operating cash for the first nine months was $561.2 million, versus $457.9 million. After $53.6 million of capital spending, free cash flow was $507.6 million, compared with $412.8 million. Tariff refunds received, including interest, totaled about $67 million by September 30.
September cash was $163.5 million, up from $130.4 million at December 31. The balance sheet carried $1.29 billion of long-term borrowings, compared with $1.23 billion at year-end. Crocs repaid $21 million in the third quarter, while borrowing proceeds exceeded repayments by $51 million over the first nine months.
HEYDUDE's weak 2025 results included $430 million of trademark and $307 million of goodwill impairments in the second quarter. Those charges make the nine-month reported-profit recovery much larger than the improvement in ongoing trading.
Upcoming results can test whether wholesale growth continues, how direct sales develop and whether the brand meets the improved annual outlook.
